One Week Weaving Experience in Lisbon

A creative residency for textile students and enthusiasts

Spend seven inspiring days at Cross Lights Studio, a light-filled weaving space in Lisbon, and experience the art of handweaving guided by designer and artisan Rita Martins Pereira.
This one-week program invites you to slow down, reconnect with your hands, and explore the creative process behind Cross Lights’ unique, sustainable textiles.

What You’ll Experience

Each day, you’ll spend 3–4 hours in the studio learning techniques, exploring materials, and developing your own project — or joining in the creation of new Cross Lights pieces made from recycled yarns and fabrics.
The rest of the day is free, take the opportunity to know Lisbon, be inspired by the tiles, check the museum, or simply relax near the river.
